Our Factory History
RM Hair was founded by a team of hair industry veterans with over 15 years of experience in sourcing and manufacturing premium human hair. What began as a small workshop has grown into a full-scale factory with production facilities in Vietnam and China. Today we supply salons and wholesalers across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia, staying true to our founding promise: 100% virgin remy hair with full cuticle coverage, at honest factory prices.
02 — production
Processing & Production
Every bundle of hair goes through a meticulous process in our own factories: raw hair is sorted by length and quality, washed and disinfected, then the cuticles are aligned in one direction to create single-drawn remy hair. Each weft is sewn and quality-checked by hand before packing. Our quality control team inspects every batch for shedding, tangling and color consistency so that only perfect hair reaches your salon.
03 — tools
Our Tools & Equipment
From precision sewing machines to professional nano ring pliers and keratin bond heaters, our factory is equipped with the tools needed to produce and install extensions to salon standard. We also offer the same professional tools for sale, so you can bring the factory-grade quality into your own salon.
04 — colors
Hair Colors
Our hair is available in over 30 natural shades, from jet black (1B) to platinum blonde (613), including ash, golden and red tones. Every batch is dyed with high-grade colorants that stay vibrant wash after wash, and we can custom-dye to match your exact color chart for wholesale orders.
05 — sizes
Lengths & Weights
Extensions are available from 8 to 34 inches, with weights from 50g per pack up to full 100g bundles. Tell us your requirement and we will deliver exact lengths, weights and weft widths — whether it is a 16-inch tape-in set for your client or a bulk order of 24-inch virgin wefts for your store.
06 — payment
Payment Methods
We offer flexible payment options to make ordering easy: PayPal for retail orders, and bank transfer (T/T), Western Union or Alibaba Trade Assurance for wholesale orders. Large orders can be paid in two installments — 30% deposit to start production and 70% before shipment.
07 — shipping
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment. We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS with tracking numbers provided. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days to most countries. Wholesale orders can be shipped by sea freight for the lowest cost.
08 — after sales
After-Sales Service
Your satisfaction is our priority. Every order includes a 100% money-back guarantee on quality issues — if your hair does not match the promised quality, we refund or replace it. Our support team is available on WhatsApp and email to answer questions about care, styling or reordering, and we honor 30-day returns on unused products.
